Experience, Knowledge and Enthusiasm

It was a fateful, bright sunny day…

It was a fateful, bright sunny day – just like today – 10 years ago.  I was driving down 202 when I saw the Conner Homes ‘For Sale’ sign.  The builder had just broken ground on phase 1 and had done no marketing.  Since many of my clients worked at Microsoft I immediately recognized the value of this vibrant community we now call home – Woodbridge.

Having got the word out and helping Conner Homes sell more homes than any other realtor in a single community in Conner Homes history, the builder presented me with their signature Woodbridge logo that used to hang in the Woodbridge office here, remember? It was signed by all members of their staff as a token of their appreciation.

(The logo as it sits in my office today)

Much has happened in the Real Estate market place these past few years.  We are fortunate to have been spared the brunt of the down-turn.  In my opinion the Eastside has pretty much bottomed out as far as newer homes go.  We will probably experience a sideways tide for most of the next 12 months.

Since new construction in Bellevue, Redmond and Kirkland is pretty much limited to small pockets, I think that supply and demand should achieve a healthy ratio.

  1. Dear Zaffer, King of Woodbridge,

As one of the site sales team at Woodbridge as it was being built, I can certainly attest to the fact that you were by far the best realtor to work with! We appreciated how well you knew the community and how well you represented your clients.

(If you know of anyone in need of a second home on Maui, please let me know!)
